Sue has a Bachelor of Honours degree in Human Kinetics, graduating from University of Windsor in 1993. She has over 25 years of experience with her start in the clinical field and transitioning into the work world of ergonomics. She brings her experience in both the private and public sectors, with her expertise in the physical aspects of applied ergonomics.

Her scope of work includes Physical Demands Analysis (PDA’s), ergonomic assessments, musculoskeletal interventions and controls, return to work programs, and ergonomic office training. She has serviced companies in various work environments including office, healthcare, industrial, and automotive. Sue is a Canadian Certified Professional Ergonomist and full member of the Association of Canadian Ergonomists (ACE). She is a volunteer with the Association, acting as the Southwestern Regional Representative.

Stephanie is our Design Specialist at Ergonow, she partners with our customers to select the right furniture to blend style with functionality while ensuring comfort and durability.

Stephanie has had a passion for art & design since a young age, and possesses a natural ability to create and design interiors that exceed our clients’ expectations. Stephanie has more than 30 years of customer service experience and she is a graduate of the University of Windsor’s Fine Arts program.

Nea has been in customer service for over 30 years and involved in health & safety for over 25 years. First starting out as an employee rep, then as a management rep. She transferred over to Working Environments where she wore many different hats during her 12 year employment. Now working at Ergonow, she is the Office Manager and continues her role in customer service. Being detailed oriented, Nea is successfully helping customers with their specialty product needs.
Jeff Marshall

Jeff’s joined the Ergonow team in 2015! He brings with him years of design and detailing experience and over twenty years of sales and customer service in renovations and installations.

He has a background in architectural design, space planning and fabricating with a strong mechanical aptitude and understanding of equipment installations. He is very detail oriented and loves design challenges.

Angela is a junior Ergonomist at Ergonow. Under the leadership of Sue, she performs ergonomic assessments, reports, product recommendations and ergonomics training.

Angela is a recent graduate from the University of Windsor with a Bachelors of Science degree in Human Kinetics. She acquired much exposure into the world of ergonomics by both working in the field as well as through her research opportunities. Angela’s work placements provided her with a sound knowledge of applying ergonomics in the manufacturing environment and increasing her knowledge in health and safety. Angela gained valuable knowledge in both cognitive ergonomics and human factors through her research study and undergraduate thesis.
